Suprised he doesn't plan to visit Washington D.C. The Wizards could greatly benefit from having a true PG (not Arenas) and that's what I dare say they'll be looking for in the draft and if Rubio is there they'll grab him without question.

Given all this hype, I hope Rubio doesn't turn out to be the next Darko. Even though a jumpshot isn't the hardest thing to develop for a guard, there are still plenty of PGs who never could develop a shot. But damn the kid looks smooth running the offense.

Of course HE hasn't said anything. Smart players let their agents do the talking.

But this makes all sorts of sense. If he's paying so much money to get here, obviously he wants to recuperate as much of that as possible. Especially given the fact that should he become a bust, this might be the last multi-million dollar contract he gets in the NBA.

I wouldn't even give that much up for Chris Paul.

How are they trading for the #2 pick and Darko with just the 8th pick?? Wilson Chandler nor Nate Robinson would be enough to justify dropping 6 spots and giving up an inconsistent but young big man.

Rubio would also lead the league in blown assignments and opponents FG% and PPG. That Knicks lineup would allow 120 ppg.

we probably need to trade lee to get the grizzlies pick.
and wilson needs to be a starter, he is a very good defender.

rubio
hughes
chandler
jeffries
darko

gallinari

thats what will happen if that trade would go through.
it doesnt look like a bad defensive team. but offensively
