Its only going to get worse once Iverson returns and they place all of the blame for this season on him.

Mike Conley is a Bust, its safe to say. He could be a decent reserve PG in the NBA but not a starter.

OJ Mayo is a ballhog, for all the talk he has about being a PG he certainly doesn't demonstrate it on the court. He wants the ball in the half court but doesn't want to create for his teammates.

Rudy Gay is a ballhog, hes playing for a contract in 2010 and everybody knows it. Hes the only thing carrying us this far.

I am starting to like ZBO, only because hes consistent with rebounding & scoring.

Y'know what, instead of wastin money on Iverson, we should've signed Andre Miller. Yes that's right. But the ball in his has for 20 seconds every possession and it'll probably result to something better than what we have right now.

Z-Bo is cool. He's been a monster down low for us.

I for one am glad to accept that I was wrong about Zbo, he's been pretty damn good for us so far.

Gasol is also playing really well.

Everyone else though can suck a d!ck.

Randolph has been great. Whenever we shoot im not worried cause I just assume that randolph will get the offensive rebound. Him and marc play well together. To bad neither of them can block shots or play one on one defense.

Its time to get rid of conley. I had high hopes for him and now im done with his inconsistent play.

I read on another bball website that the Griz have no leaders in the locker room. The only thing I have to say about this is, THANK YOU CAPTAIN OBVIOUS!! I mean, we are one of the youngest team in the NBA! Everyone knows that! In fact, with Hak leaving, we've gotten worse and younger! We need to eventually go out and sign veteran players like I have been suggesting for like the past 3 seasons, but no, Heisley has to get younger and put on the court young rookies and 2, 3 year players who have absolutely no direction or drive. Not to mention they don't play like they want it! It's like they pretty well in some 1st half and play like sh** in the 2nd half. I don't know what needs to be done, but I do know this. Firing Lionel Hollins will not help. I don't think even P-Jax could do anything with THIS roster.
