Default Should the Clippers trade their draft pick?

For a backup/veteran shooting guard to take pressure off of young E.G?

For a Small forward?

Seems like the best playres available would be PF's and you guys already have Blake. Your Center position seems solid...as well as PG.

People have the Clips pegged to snag Patrick Patterson...I like him especially since his height doesn't seem to be an issue...but I don't know if I'd spend such a high draft pick on him with Blake in the wings.

What should the Clips do?

I agree that the Clippers would be better off trading out or down the lottery, but since they are going to go hard after LeBron, it is hard to say. It is hard to figure out what those fools are going to do anyways.

LeBron is not going to the clippers, the only western team that has a shot is mavs.
This is crazy, it's like 7-14 picks should be PFs only...

I agree that the Clips don't have a shot at LeBron, but based on their recent personnel moves it appears they are holding out hope. If Aminu can be had, I think they should take him, otherwise trading down makes a lot of sense.

Yes they should. I'm hoping they deal down with either the Rockets (#14) or Bulls (#17) only, and only if Paul George is available at either slot.

With the Rockets, they also get the Knicks 2012 first, with the Bulls, they get the Bobcats 2012 first. Both of those deals would give the Clippers three first round picks in 2012 since they have their own and the T'Wolves unprotected first. Ultimately could end up with two picks in the teens, if not all three.

Paul George will be gone before the 12th pick.
