That team had four all stars... But you are correct cuz no matter how much talent you have you can't win unless the team fits.. Their is a balance that is needed.. Teams that win titles are teams that have players that have guys playing roles.. No one guy doing everything..
Except for MJ 91-93 but he also had Pippen who did everything as well.. Just not on MJ's level

They put Bowen on him. Even if he got around Bowen, you had Duncan and Oberto clogging any space to the hoop. That forced LeBron to either put up a low percentage shot or kick the ball out to Gibson, Pavlovic, or Damon Jones.
