it does allow the first years to be more/less than the last years. it has to follow a 5-10 percent increasing or decreasing scale though. thats so teams can't dodge cap problems by paying a guy 20m one year and 1m the next year and be way under the cap.

If you think Ben is worth 60mil/5yrs, what is J.O's worth then?

Can u provide a link? I agree with the latter but about the part that a first year can be greater than the last I have never heard of it.

Tyson is steal nearly avg. 2 steals a game i believe.

Chandler is a beast, more ppg/rbg. He does avg. 2 more fouls a game but it can just mean he's playing aggressive.

Ben's a good defender but Tyson Chandler is right there.

All these reason, Big ben 60 Mill?

Tyson Chandler has become a rebound vacuum. He has had 12 games in a row of 12+ rebounds. 15 tonight in 31 minutes.

In Feb. he is averagin 12.7 and 17.1 boards in 7 games. He is becoming a monster and becoming active on offense as well.

His annual salary is almost double that of Eddy Curry's. And yet many here claim Curry is overpaid

Although to be fair I do agree with this to a certain extent.

Makes sense, I should have known that. My CBA skills are getting a little rusty.

Looked up Ben's salary though, and the decrease isn't nearly enough to make him an easy player to trade, so there goes that plan.
