They were getting hyphy...its a dance in the Bay area on the west coast where they just dance wild much like that. I guess the one kid was upset he couldnt get his dance on because the other was just extra wild. Which is what the dance is about. Also they were in someones room which was small. Not much room to begin with i guess the other kid wanted camera time and kept getting pushed/bumped to the back.
