they just haev superior genes to allow them to stay in shape.





eat "healthy" foods. eat a balanced diet. just cut out all the "superfluous" foods I listed earlier.

That's cool, BUT MJ didn't always have 3-4% body fat, so I'm wondering what exactly did he do to get down that far. I'm assuming he cut out eating junk food abd did TONS of cardio, right?

or one of those Spartans from 300.


either way, that's not something you should be aiming for this early.

I se your point. But in the long run, it is something I want to do.

When I get to th epoint where I have lost all of the weight I need to and am not obese or overwieght anymore, how do I MAINTAIN that weight without losing anymore?

keep an active lifestyle, continue to exercise (though not as strenuously as you do during the diet), and eat for the sake of feeling full, not for the sake of gluttony.


once you get to your target weight, you should develop a natural instinct for eating that you maintain a dynamic equiilibrium.


one step at a time. you cannot get from 1 to 10 without getting to 2 first.
