NFL 2006 Regular Season Thread

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Look I got the year right! I actually checked this time too. This year the last Sunday of the season falls on the 31st and the Sunday night game begins at 8:15. Assuming that game does not run late no games will fall after New Years Eve, meaning there does not need to be a 2006-2007.

So yeah, do all your post-preseason pre-regular season predictions right here. I will go ahead and do mine: Panthers defeat every team in the NFL, including the ones they do not play this year. And Deshaun Foster gets hurt. That is a gimme.

Word, JPR.

Peyton will show his younger brother how it's done. I'm expecting a huge game from Peyton to show the world he means business this year.

Plummer is one hell of a competitor but I'm not sure he has what it takes to QB a team to a superbowl victory. His decision making is iffy, in the playoffs I want my QB making the best decisions because one INT could change the whole complex of the game.

Another fantastic Colts postseason I predict...if they even make it there? James void will be hard to fill, Harrison on the decline and Manning too.

Eli Stuns Peyton in a 24-17 victory..book it

carbine, i bet eli suprises you just like he suprised almost every team last year leading the NFC in touchdowns, ask the DENVER BRONCOS, they know what eli is about

Peyton is the best brother, for now & ever.

Indenial, why would you say Peyton is declining? That's like saying Kobe is declining. Peyton does not depend on his athletisism to do his thing, so he is gonna be great well into his late 30's.

Colts make the playoffs. The rookie & Rhodes can fill the gap left by Edge. Harrison will get his usual 1200/10tds, typical marvin prodution.

Freeney will be up in Eli Mannings' grill all game long when they face off. He will struggle.
