Default Billups, Marbury, or Tinsley? Who would you run at the point?

All this trade talk has me anxious.

I wonder if any of these will go down this season...

I'd go for billups first (knocks down big shots, great free throw shooter, great D, can post up, denver is his hometown, the list goes on) , tinsley second (the youngest of the 3, has yet to really mature), marbury third (No explanation necessary).

I'd go for Tinsley. He's a great passer and gets his teammates involved. Only reason I didnt choose Billups is because he's getting up there in age. He's 33(I think) and not what he used to be 4 years ago. Marbury would be 3rd because he has a score-first mentality and is known as a cancer. Though Im sure he can prove me wrong.

I also want tinsley. Unfortunately our management isnt pulling the button.
Larry Bird openly said " Its in denver hands" ..
But our management is refusing to go with the deal ( Hunter + atkins for tinsley).. they want 3 million cash in the deal as well..

if mcdyess reports then our bench will look like this:

c-chris andersen
pf-antonio mcdyess
sf-linas kleiza
sg-dahntay jones
pg-anthony carter

thats pretty solid still. if weems can get ready by the time the year is over then he could add even more scoring.

Weems is not the answer. Of the five you names can anyone of them average over 10 points a game? Don't think so..Great ROLE players but when JR has those days where he can't hit a ship with a cannon, then who do we turn to?

considering kleiza averaged that last year, i'm guessing him. i think mcdyess could put up 8-10 as well if he reports.

Considering he has not gotten on track this season so far and just yesterday the Nuggets refused to give him an extension.. Not really counting on Kleiza. He has said he believes he can get the money he wants in Europe

just 3 games. i'm not too worried about him. he's proven that he can be a volume scorer.

Dahntay Jones has been racking up points, I figure he'll either start (knowing Karl he will) or come off the bench for us. Kleiza could still be re-signed and Balkman can drive the lane pretty hard, and it's not like we need offense off the bench anyway. We just have to make sure that Melo and JR aren't out at the same time and if they are make sure to have Billups + Nene in there to run the pick and roll.

Were fine, this team is much stronger with Billups. Still a bittersweet trade though, I loved Iverson(not in a gay way ok)

No he hasn't.. He is NOT dependable as a shooter. Now let's llok at the real picture. We just refused to give him a 5 mil per year extension. If he has a good year and gets a 7-9 million offer and we have to match it.Who sounds like a dummy?
