Default In Cleveland tomorrow, in Boston the day after

Back-to-back games on the east coast against arguably the 2 best teams in the East... if Denver wins them both, I will be a very happy man. Both the Cavs and Celtics are amazing at home. In fact, they even win just 1 game and leave 5-4 I'll be happy. Do you think Denver can take them both? 3-0 since the arrival of Chauncey.

Cleveland yes, boston no. If it weren't a back to back they would have a chance against boston, but for now I'm expecting a blowout like last year.

i think we'll beat cleveland. on a back to back, with how thin we are right now, i think we'll be in trouble. i can see nene getting in foul trouble against boston and then we are screwed. i'm just hoping for 1-1 and management to get more bigs.

Yeah I think we go 1-1, beat Cleveland lose to Boston but if we DO manage to beat both, or even manage to beat the Celtics I will be placing a few bets on a Nuggets championship.

When nuggets games are on national tv, do you guys watch the tnt/espn version or the altitude version?

I always watch altitude, I can't stand to hear espn/tnt people talk trash about how denver doesn't play any defense for 2 and a half hours. So annoying. Seriously, are there any broadcasters/analysts that DO like denver? I've seen none.

I usually watch Altitude, but it pisses me off when they screw with the aspect ratio to show that meaningless stat bar.

Good thing K-Mart is back playing, but still I doubt this will prevent a loss against the celtics.. they are too good ...

No blow out, and it wont be bad.

After watching that game tomorrow and then knowing Boston's intense defense, it wouldn't surprise me if Denver got tired out in that game.

Hopefully the nuggets will run them off the court like they did last season in denver.

Balkman was screwed last year, Zeke never played him, he just didnt have a rythm last night and unfortunately wont find one in 10 minutes a game. Denever should send him down to the d-league for a month or give him an honest 20 minutes a game.

Balkman is WAY better than the D league, and the nuggets can't afford to lose another defender

Sending him to the D-League would not only be bad for the Nuggets it would be an insult to Balkman, terrible idea. His play has earned him 20 minutes a game though, so yeah, do that.

good we agree, it was too painful last year watching him struggle after DNPs. I believe defensive timing is harder to get than even offensive timing. When Balk is on he can take over, but last night he was zigging when he shouldve been zagging. And missing a layup, that means he's just not comfortable.
On a sidenote JR Smith has some sick athleticism.

Altitude needs to step their game up and start showing road games in HD, that **** is annoying.

On another note, JR/everyone else on the team better have their outside game going because boston's interior is damn near impossible to penetrate. God I want nothing more than to see Nene posterize KG.
