Here it is...definitely sends chills through your spine watching this. This is scary man, I feel so terrible for his family. Such a senseless death.

Truly no one can justify the cop's actions or make excuses after seeing this evidence.

as someone who knows a little about law enforcement, once a person is in handcuffs you are directly responsible for their safety. any scratch on them is solely your fault. What happened there was murder no if ands or buts about it. Truly sickening!

After seeing the reaction, it looks like the idiot really did think it was a taser and not a gun, what a douche. They need to paint all tasers bright yellow or something like that.

Tazers have bright colored cartridges on them. The one we carry here are neon green. Also your tazer is on your weak hand side.

you can kinda tell that atlest one of the cops was like what the hell just happend think it was the dude that was helping

Yeah, and right then one of his friends gets up and just starts screaming. You can tell everyone in the vicinity is completely shocked and is just trying to process wth just happened.

it's possible that it was an accident, but the amount of training you go through as an officer to know what to do and to know your weapons strongly leads me to believe that it was not an accident. IMO I think he pulled his piece to show authority and to get more cooperation (as many officers do to get a handle on the situation) and then lost his cool and squeezed then realized what a horrible mistake he made. If he was handcuffed and I think he was even tazing him is wrong, secondly he is on his face on the ground. You don't do shoot someone with a gun if they are handcuffed. if you cant get them handcuffed then you can taze but if they are handcuffed no tazing

i agree that the officers course of action is in excusable and he must suffer the utmost consequences.

im just annoyed at how certain groups are now going to characterize other groups, be it police or white people etc. over one man's actions, when members of those same groups pointing the finger commit these same types of crimes in ridiculous numbers, yet if you were to generalize THEM, they would have jessie jackson in your face so fast you wouldnt know what hit ya.

just more double standards on the way. it never ends.

I am in NO WAY siding with the police here but I am sorry, jumping up and getting in the face of armed cops is not something you want to do. The guy that got shot did it first and then his buddy next to him did. Notice the other people around them werent even looked at twice, they stayed sitting down and werent acting aggressively. I am sure those people were ordered to sit there for probably doing something illegal and/or stupid. The person who even puts himself in that situation is an idiot.

perfectly good point, but once in handcuffs all that stuff is game over. Any good attorney would eat a police officers eyes out in court if something happened to the "victim" or Plantiff or what have you.
