I dont know if its a dying genre or iam just not looking hard enough but for all the people who listen to this kind of music post some bands if your not a fan listen to some maybe you'll like it I'll start it off

Burning Inside is still one of the best Industrial tracks ever made.

I had a roommate in my freshman year that loved the sound of German growling over industrial machinery in action. My opinion? Worst **** on earth. No offense.
