Last year he was gonna declare only with a first round promise. This year most mocks have him drafted mid to end of the first round. Apparently, he's the second or third biggest international prospect behind Rubio. I've tried gathering more info on him but the info around the net is scarce. He seems like a slasher with an edge, that could become a solid role player.
My questions are.... What's his potential roof? Who do you liken his game to in the NBA? Will he declare this year for sure? And any more info you might have on this young Israeli. Thanks

He is not the 1st Israeli. Lior Eliyahu and Yotam Halperin were. And they both play at higher standards than Casspi right now.
As for Casspi the first thing that comes up to my mind is that his body is too weak for NBA.
