I had some down time and I decided I'd write a couple companies while I was bored. So far they've all gotten back to me within 48 hours and all have offered free food. I'm surprised more people don't do this. Unethical? Perhaps.

I just wanted to take a moment again to personally apologize to you on behalf of California Pizza Kitchen for the unpleasant dine in experience at our Van Ness location. I appreciate your taking the time to write the details of the problem through our system.
Although we try very hard to ensure that each guest’s experience is the best it can be, it is the invaluable feedback from guests like you that allows us to identify and correct problems as they occur – hopefully never to occur again.
