Just another prime example of a system success in College who never put in the time, effort, or work to make it to the next level. Being big and having a strong arm aint enough. Poor man's version of Culpetter. Very poor.
His problem is the talent you thought you saw at LSU was imaginary.
I disagree. What did him in was he didn't have the drive to work on the talent and become consistent as well as a lack of drive to fix his weaknesses. Plenty of talented guys who didn't have the work ethic to realize you can't get by in the NFL on just your natural athleticism.
B and C apply to him about equally. First, his work ethic is absolutely horrible. He has to weigh around 300 pounds these days and cannot even move like he used to. Even the taller quarterbacks(ex: Brady, Leftwich, Bledsoe, Testaverde) weighed max 250 pounds. They could still move fairly quickly.
To me, he's not talented. He thrived under a certain system in college. There have been many players that did extremely well in college, but could not do anything in the NFL(ex: Matt Leinart).
