Default Last night vs Sacramento

Wasn't able to watch the game, but who did Hassell guard? Judging from the boxscore it would look like Artest (6-24).

We were lucky to come outta there with a win after still having a problem turning the ball over (19), and getting a combined 14 pts from James, Davis, & Foye. Luckily Hassell was able to help KG for the first part of the game and Hudson was able to help him finish the Kings off.

Davis at least chipped in with 8pts/7assists, but James is gonna have to do a lot better than 6pts,3assists, & 4 turnovers if we're gonna be a playoff team.

I also noticed that when the Wolves were struggling to score points and the Kings went up by like 5 or 7 or whatever that Foye never got in the game. That's the time when Casey needs to put him in, when the Wolves are struggling to score. Oh well, it was opening night so u cant expect everyone to be in midseason form, although it seems that KG is there already, but i'd like to see hs FG attempts (9) above his FT attempts (10). Not that the 10 FT attempts aren't good, that'd be nice to see that happen quite a bit, but he needs to take at least twice as many FG attempts as he did last night. Not many guys in the league can score 24 pts off of only 9 FG attempts.

Well, Denver is next on friday night. Hopefully they can come away with a win, but i'm not expecting it.

Why not? I am. You should expect it. Have faith. Its nice to see that we have a competent team this year, so lets not get down on them.

KG is going to put up numbers like this all the time. Just like he did the year before and the year before that. This is our franchise player and people say he can't do it but with this squad. He could do this every night. But the thing is, he doesn't even have to. This squad is good enough for KG to drop 15ppg I think. This is a team, last year this wasn't a team by any means. Can you guys tell the difference??? And that's not rhetorical, actually answer that because I can tell. They look like they wanna play team ball and get it done the RIGHT way. not the Marcus Banks reverse dunks way!!

Edit: oh yeah, i love eddie griffin the way he played...and how he's fast enough where he can drive around opposing PF's and get it to the rim and dunk on them or lay it in. He's improved his game around the basket too.

Mark Blount = get your head in the game...the guy was dominating the beginning and then just fell apart and stopped playing team game like he was the all-star or something. KG and Trenton were *****ing him out on the bench, I was loving every second of it because that's the type of thing that needs to be addressed right away. MAKE PLAYS, DONT JUST JACK IT UP!
