Hey I wish I didn't sweat... it'd be terrible for my body but it'd also be really frustrating when the other team sees me completely cool and calm... it's probably not a problem because your body might be more efficient at keeping cool, or you're not going 100%. If you feel like you're going 100, then your body's just different.
For getting stamina higher I would keep simulating games. Don't spend a half hour on a treadmill because that will just kill your quickness and jumping ability. Instead focus on doing repeated short bursts like suicides and drives to the rim. Spend some time just backpedaling the length of the court. Be creative, but make sure you do it in short bursts or you'll lose fast twitch muscle.
