I would probably draft John Wall, and trade Darren Collison for a big man. Wall isn't a pure point, so playing him at the 2 would be totally fine. Plus, he can improve his game under the guidance of CP3.
Well my logic was that I've heard regardless of whether New Orleans picks, they may look into dealing Chris Paul in part thanks to the emergence of Darren Collison. I don't know how real deal Collison is, but if NOLA wanted to run with him as their point of the future, thus making a John Wall selection kind of redundant (unless they wanted to roll with small backcourt), then perhaps the Hornets could turn Chris Paul and the number one pick into a mega-heaping of talent.
This. I'm sure the Pacers would entertain giving up expirers, #10, a guy like Rush/Hansbrough, and a future first for #1 and Okafor. I'm sure there're plenty of other teams that'd do the same.
Also the hornets would either send Okafor or Posey in the trade.
