Default Will Gasol get traded?

Story about the Celtics wanting to trade whatever it
takes to get Gasol. New owners want to slash player
payroll. Gasol has the biggest payroll. Hakim filling in
at the 4 very nicely. If Griz did trade Pau they could
get some really good young players in return. It all hinges on
if the team is sold or not.

He can play. Him being hurt as helped his value too since
it shows how much the Griz need him. But I think Brian Davis
may want to dump his contract when he takes over.

If the grizz keep him they become a very good team in the west with the 2007 draft in mind. But the West is so extremely good with Phoenix, Dallas, San Antonio and now Denver that I would trade him.

Trade Gasol for some promising players and picks and then build a Championship team. In 4-5 years the domination of Phoenix (Nash), Denver (Iverson) and San Antonio (Duncan) is over and the Grizz have a better chance to win a championship.

About Pau would you Memphis fans take something with in Nene/Martin/JR/future first round picks from Denver some package for Pau?

Just wondering what Memphis fans would want back for Pau.

I am a Sixers fan, but will always cheer for AI he deserves a title after watching him for years here in Philly I would know.

But yea comment

That is a better deal than what the Celtic posters were saying.
I don't think Denver would trade JR he seems to be one of their main pieces now. Nene is always mentioned in a trade and Martin seems to be radioactive with bad press so I don't think Denver would be in the running. More like Boston or Chicago. I think if he went to Chi then he could guarantee a
championship for them. Bulls have some great young talent they might part with if they got Gasol.
