Wow I never thought about that. Sounds like a great thing to do. We can all pay to have a better society by paying certain people not to reproduce. Sounds fair to me.
Though I would really like if we were all required to have a license to parent (and/or birth) in the first place.

Why would someone be paid because he can't control his action or respect the consequences of his actions? Throw him in jail or a rehab institute if your going to waste money on him.

Yeah cause jails are not crowded enough already. I say this works as a temporary solution to stop idiots from reproducing. Maybe we can even drop some more money to educate the future generations, but that's way too optimistic.

It's not for the purpose of a superior race, it's so kids are not put in a situation to fail from the day they are born. I support this. Most addicts are beyond help, best thing you can do for them is give them access to their poison. Everyone should have the freedom to choose for themselves.
