Thunder shooting badly in start of 2010-11 season
The Oklahoman reports:
The Thunder is shooting 39.9 percent from the floor this season, which ranks 29th in the league, ahead of only the winless Los Angeles Clippers (36.8 percent).
Most of the Thunder's shooting woes have come from 3-point range, where it is misfiring at 20.8 percent, which ranks dead last in the league.
The Thunder shot 25 percent beyond the arc against Utah. All-Star forward Kevin Durant was 4 for 6, backup point guard Eric Maynor made his only attempt and everybody else went a combined 0 for 13.
Meanwhile, Thunder opponents are shooting 48.8 percent from the field and averaging 106.3 points against a team that prides itself on its defense.
