Default Did everyone forget about Joe Johnson?

The guy has been great over the past month or so.

I thought he'd wilt under the pressure of his contract but he's starting live up to it. Hopefully he keeps it up.

JJ got off to a bad start due to injury and there were a bunch of wannabe know-it-alls in here dogging him saying he sucks blah blah.

He ended up having surgery on his shooting elbow. He was supposed to be out 4-6 weeks and was back in 2.

In January he averaged 26 ppg shooting 50%. He just dropped 37 on the Raps.

Suck it, haters.

No, he just isn't that good. He is an all star, no more, no less. He will disappear come playoff time anyways.

He is balling, but it will always be overshadowed in my eyes due to his gigantic contract. He will simply never live up to that deal

Is that really something to brag about for an all star calibur player?

Please list the other shooting guards who averaged 26 ppg shooting 50% last month.

I won't hold my breath waiting.

It's easy to forget about someone who only shows up in the regular season.

Good player, but not top 5 or anything. Have to respect him though, for he keeps it quiet and seems to be an all-around good guy.

Wade - 28.8pts on 51%
