actually when i heard that philly wanted to move iverson then i admetiadetly thought that we could get him. this is why, philly is looking to move iverson as fast as possible so we could trade miles and randolph for him (i don't know about randolph because he has been playing like a beast latley) or miles and lafrentze. we have big salaries that we could send to philly for AI. even thou AI is a beast, i don't know if i would want him. just because we have a lot of you gaurds/small fowards that i want to see get some playing time, and i am pretty sure that if we got him it would be the same as if he was in philly.
The blazers won't trade randolph for AI, because they would not get bettter with that trade. Phili is not interested in picking up crapy like Miles when they try to rebuild. They already have lots of money invested in Dalembert and Webber to play the 4 and 5, so they won't be very keen to pickup another big man.
Nobody will ever trade a star for a star because there is no true purpose to that
Plus Miles & Randolph together would be too much money along with Randolph & LaFrentz
And obviously Philly doesn't care what they get back right now because right now they are looking at getting Jamaal Magloire while Portland gets Nene and Denver gets AI. I'm guessing that there will be a draft pick given to Philly from Denver since Portland won't part with theirs because they probably want to save it for Oden or use it to grab a veteran starter like a Rashard Lewis.
