Really?

Quote:
DALLAS -- Championship or not, Dallas Mavericks point guard Jason Kidd said he has no plans of entering retirement with one more season left on his contract.

Kidd, 38 and feeling "great," is trying to become the oldest point guard in NBA history to win a championship. It would be the first of his 17-year career, and on Saturday he said if it happens it won't send him riding off into the sunset.

"I would love to continue to keep playing if I feel the way I do now," Kidd said. "I feel great."

How is OP not banned?

He makes a random thread about an NBA team wanting to sign some euro player like every month and he's never right. And all he does is bash on American bball and well known euro players.

Wow, that song is LULZ in the worst way. But is dude really considered the 3rd best in the Euroleague ? He looks alot like Jose Calderon with Juan Carlos Navarro's fluid movement....not like he'd be the 3rd best on the continent.

Why woud they sign Spanoulis?

He already came over to the NBA before and hated the thought of ever being a backup. Its the same situation with Navarro & Jasikevicious too. They are so used to being "stars" in Europe that their egos cant permit them to being a minimal credited contributor off the bench.

He was voted 3rd best European player on the planet. Not the "continent".

Jasikevicius left the NBA and returned to Europe and he spent the last 4 years as a minimal bench player. He played more in the NBA for the most part than he does in Europe. What is your point exactly?

Yeah, they want a SG with close-to-none PG skills and zero defense to replace Jason Kidd. Makes sense.

He is a good player, he pick and rolled Team USA to death, but Greek players have a horrible track record in the NBA.

Well, every single year NBA starters and 6th men from NBA playoff teams have gone to the Euroleague and became scrubs there.
