I have folks who don't know anything about sports texting me today all happy that LeBron didn't win cos he's such a bad guy. WTF

LeBron has made the mistake of losing a lot of defenders in the media and that is one downside of leaving Cleveland that's becoming apparent. The local media has a vested interest in protecting "their" guy while the national guys just want the most sensational story (right now Bron as the bad guy sells) and now his haters just write what they like and it's taking it's toll. His recent comments won't help either...

He's not a bad guy. He's a immature dumbass at times and no one has the balls to tell him this. The thing is, it seems to be hurting his career because he puts uncessary pressure on himself, and he can't really handle it.

All these people have in their life is pop culture gossip.

Ask them about astronomy or shakespeare or the civil war or ray charles etc. etc. and they won't know a single thing about any of it.
