Not fat but he looks out of shape. He looks like he's huffing and puffing just to get past that player. He was playing against Americans who played college basketball so when you are out shape like that, you will struggle. I want to see Deron play in one full season before judging. Right now he's a big disappointment. Childress was the same and it took him another season to figure it out. Deron is too good a player to take that long.

Childress never figured it out. He's one of the worst Olympiacos rotation players of the last half decade. For some reason people think he played well in his second season. He didn't. In fact, he was so bad in the Greek Championship Finals that he actually cried during it. As for Williams, what is the relevance of the rest of his season?
Playing Turkish League and EuroChallenge? He will not even play in a top 5 European league this season. It's basically irrelevant in those competitions to be truly honest about it.
No one in Europe would even care at all about those competitions in truth.

Childress absolutely sucked with Olympiacos. The fact that you argue that shows a bias. You are the one with the bias not me. Childress was much worse than Williams was in those two games.
Childress was an absolute joke in Euroleague. Only player worse than him was Rubio.

What expectations do you have for him? Numbers does not lie. Averaging 15 points and 5 rebounds in 52 percent shooting is pretty solid numbers in Euroleague. If that is a joke then the joke is on you.

I will be terribly disappointed if Deron even if he's out of shape will not abuse VSpan. Since it's a friendly game maybe they can't let them play one on one and we will see another abused VSpan will get just like in the NBA.
In regards to VSpan, he can be the Europe TMac, Skip to my Lou is still better than him. Jeff Van Gundy agrees with me.
