I wasn't gonna make a thread cause I know that a shit ton of you are Psych-O's anyway and it's old hat etc. etc.
But these first 3 episodes make it thread worthy. Already 2 really good episodes with 1 classic one (the last one "This Episode Sucks"). A ton left to go but we're on pace for a season that could be the best.
These guys are on fire right now, the whole cast and crew is rollin. The jokes are on point, the cinematic effects are awesome, they are building some depth with Lassie and the relationship between Shawn and Jules and Dule thus far has taken it to anther level with Gus this season.
6 more episodes before the winter break. I look forward to them all.
I didn't catch the new one, but USA has been promoting the shit out of it being 'super-sized'... Which I thought meant 2 hours, and it turns out is only like 6 minutes longer than usual. That's bogus.
Seen all episodes of season 6 now, and I've been watching a few random ones only, is this worth watching from beginning to end? It doesn't really seem to have any story other than what goes on in the episode..
last one was lackluster.. their milking that their dude way too much and are putting out some generic episodes.. i guess i shouldnt expect much but at the humorous quips are still there..
the jokes are still good but the whole mystery aspect has become annoyingly predictable. about 10 minutes in to every episode, shawn and gus run in to innocent looking quiet/shy/mousey assistant/secretary/neighbor who only has a handful of lines. 95% of the time this person is the perp. the writers are trying so hard to make it so that the audience never suspects the actual perp, therefore you basically know who is guilty based on who appears to be the most innocent bystander. the last two episodes i saw recently, one with the camera man killing reality show contestants and the one where the neighbor is feeding lassie halucinogens, it was just blatantly obvious and formulaic.
