Default Earl Watson

After watching the Sonics game I'd have to say Watson would be a perfect point guard for the Celtics. It'd allow Boston to dump Telfair and give Rando someone he could actually learn from. It'd also mean West would only have to play the point in emergencies. Watson has had problems with his role in Seattle, although things seem to be better now.

I don't really expect this to happen, but he's one of a few players that might be available that would really help Boston, and he wouldn't cost them too much.

Eh, he's a career back-up. I'm not big on Telfair, but if he is moved to upgrade the pg spot then the trade should get the team a starter.

I've liked Earl Watson everytime I've seen him play on television. I haven't really followed him enough to say if he would be better than Telfair but I think he could fit with the Celtics. I agree with RMWG that he is a back-up. When I think of Earl Watson, I think of bench. I prefer Rondo.
