Edit button, then Delete message option. Or if your posts/threads are deleted by mods/admins.

Nope. Even if you find a way, it's client sided meaning that only you'll be able to see it.

The OP was asking about cheat engine. I know well of the flawed security in vBulletin 3.5.4. I've tested and ran forums in more modern states.
