ok to do improve it you have practise practise practise !!!! it have to be verrey consistant alway straight to the air in straight up becuse it have be fair to all the player always the same . if it always a different jumpball then what will it skill matter it is just a luck thing then . cant not be that way the will have to be consistant to do it high so it is a practise and right techniqie like with the hand and that .
and mabe there corrupt refs

but i think that it is very consistant with the refs becuse some the player alway win becuse the practise so that much to the jumpballtip . like howard can be one the best of all time he win it all that time. have howard bribe to the ref ?? dont not think so but the reff most time i think dont not cheat for it :)
