people often ask "what's the best thing you've worked on?" and until last year the answer wasn't clear cut. By far the thing I'm most proud to have been a part of - Seeking A Friend For The End Of The World
The preview probably makes you think romantic-comedy, and while I do recommend taking your girl to this one, it's really dark, funny and transcends the genre (kin to Garden State but funnier). The script is f*cking genius, written (and directed) by this really cool girl Lorene Scafaria (who's my age and made me feel like I needed to get on my shit). I haven't seen the final cut yet but assuming the edit is good this will be one of the better movies of 2012.
Usually I hate romantic comedies, because their plots are formulative and love stories unrealistic. However, this looks pretty funny. If the world doesn't actually end though I am going to burn the theater to the ground.
that's one of the most adorable titles i've ever heard, with a picture perfect poster to top it off
i'll definitely look forward to this, AND stay for the entire duration of the credits to see if i can catch your name... which i guess won't be under the pseudonym lamar doom so, uhh, nevermind
edit: trailer looks great, loved the patton oswald cameo

He will be referred to in the credits as "a more handsome boozehound".
Found you. Top right, with some girl peering over your left shoulder.
Watched the trailer for this last night and it looks really good. Will definitely be checking it out and from some of the comments, it sounds like it won't disappoint.
