Default Which NFL team has improved the most during offseason?

http://www.nfl.com/news/story/09000d...content_stream

After reading that, who do you agree with? Who do YOU think has improved the most since last season? Lets make it fun...You CAN'T choose your favorite team. I know that if we don't set that as a requirement, then everyone would just pick their favorite squad.

This is who those bloggers voted on:
Patriots
Bengals
Bills
Buccaneers (2 guys)
Redskins
Cowboys
Chargers
Bears
Jaguars

I don't know why anyone would say a team like the Pats, because they went 13-3 last year, so it's not like they could have improved that much. I just don't think they got worse.

The Bucs were atrocious last season and they made a lot of great moves during the off season and had a pretty good draft, so I think they made the biggest improvement and will have the biggest turnaround.

I'm gunna go with Tampa, Jacksonville & San Diego.

Chicago is also worth mentioning because they added some explosiveness at a position in great need but not really anywhere elese

Why Cincinnati? Can someone help me out there?

The Bucs easily got the most talented players this off-season at positions of need to boot.

I thought the Bills improved significantly in the offseason. I expect them to have one of the better defenses in the league as their D-line looks great with the addition of Mario Williams and Mark Anderson which should help the unit as a whole stabilize, they also addressed other needs in the draft.

Their offense was a pretty young unit last year and they also get Jackson back from injury.

Cincinnati had a good draft but they were non existent in free agency despite having tons of cap space.

Bucs also improved alot.

Gotta mention Stephon Gilmore. I think he makes for a formidable foe with his speed and aggagressive nature. I see him in an Asante Samuel role...

I think the players they got in the draft and free agency will help sure up that team. Like you said, it's hard to improve from a 13-3 season where you reached the Super Bowl. But, you can.

I think the Patriots definitely got better. They filled some major holes.

But they wouldn't be my no. 1 pick. I really like what Chicago's done.

Chicago for me. Jay Cutler not has two 6'4 beasts to throw to. Everytime they get into the red zone it's an automatic 6.

Yes, yes he is. Earl Bennett, Devin Hester, and Johnny Knox were his WRs and Kellen Davis was his TE and he had them at 7-3 and cruising to the playoffs.

Jay Cutler is definitely one of the 10 best quarterbacks in the league.

Homer post:

I think the Steelers improved a lot, both short-term and long-term, by drafting two great OL prospects in the draft. The biggest weakness for us was OL and now it looks like a possible strength moving forward.

Garbage.

Yeah, he had pretty terrible weapons to throw at, but he did have a fantastic defense... which is every bit the "weapon" as the people he throws to. Actually more of a weapon.

He also had Forte, a top 5 back easily last year to take the load off him.

At the end of the day he was on pace for 3700 yards, 21 TD's and 11 INTs to go along with 11 fumbles of his own. Fairly inconsistent as well.

Just find it incredibly misleading when someone says "he had the at 7-3 with weapons like *insert average guys*" like that's somehow suppose to be a huge accomplishment or something, totally ignoring other facets of the game like defense and special teams and their fantastic running back.
