Getting back to it!!
Hey Ish, I had my surgery about 50 days ago got clear to start shooting the ball again and doing some jogging. Can't go all out yet but here is what I got planned for tomorrow and every 2nd day.
50 Right handed lay ups
50 free throws
50 Left handed lay ups
100 Free throws
75 Jump shots (I hope will see how my stomach holds)
25 Three pointers
75 Free throws
Will increase more when I have more cardio and my muscle tissue is full healed.
ANything else I should do I have a lot of time to practice at the moment,
