Is Nova Scotia like Ontario - "lawyered up" where personal possession of < 50 grams of marijuana is considered a no harm law break and merely a fine offense.

Cause I am thinking if we advertise this widely in the NBA - plus the added bennefit of "loobster from nearby Shediac New Brunswick" - well hell Dwight Howard may demand a trade to a Canadian team !

The Raptors are returning to Halifax.

On Thursday, the team made the long-expected announcement that it would hold training camp in Halifax Oct. 1-6, including an intra-squad game at the Halifax Metro Centre on the final day.

The first game in franchise history was played there on Oct. 14, 1995, when the Raptors defeated the Philadelphia 76ers 120-107 in pre-season action.

Pre-season games were played in Nova Scotia the following two years, but the Raptors have not been back since 1997.

I will personally give Dwight Howard every Digby scallops in existence. There is no better bargaining chip!

Now we're talking! Digby scallops, Shediac lobster (not the best through, Bay of Fundy lobster has more flavour), maybe throw in a little Miramichi salmon, some PEI mussels and a few barrels of our best Maritime beer too. That's an offer no Free Agent can refuse!
