Default is Shaq even close to Kobe all time?

are we gonna act like all of shaqs real success as a leader came with an all nba 1st-2nd team legendary top 5-6 player all time KOBE BEAN BRYANT

what kobe did without shaq is 100 times better than what shaq did without kobe

this should tell you who the better player is all time

shaq without kobe in 11 years has
0 titles as lead dog,
0 mvps,
0 finals wins as lead dog,
2 all nba 1st teams
0 all defensive teams period

kobe since 2005 has

2 titles as lead dog
1 mvp
2 finals mvps
7 first team all NBA's
6 first team all defenses
1 second team all defense

shaq had 1992-93, 1993-94, 1994-95, 1995-96, 2004-05, 2005-06, 2006-07, 2007-08, 2008-09, 2009-10, 2010-11

and if you throw in kobes first 2 years on the bench ( since nobody would count kobe if shaq won then )

thats 1996-97, 1997-98 as part of the years shaq failed with eddie jones/van exel as his running mates

thats 13 years!

and please dont say shaq didnt peak until kobe was great

1993 = 23/14 on 56%
1994 = 29/13 on 60%
1995 = 29/11 on 58%
1996 = 26/11 on 56%
1997 = 26/12 on 57%
1998 = 28/11 on 58%
2005 = 23/10 on 60% ( top player on miami )
2009 = 18/8 on 59% ( top player on phoenix )

he had great numbers.. but never got the job done

he had 8 legit years out of those 13 as lead dog of his team and never got it done

compare those 7 years to kobes since leaving shaq

Shaq is ahead of Kobe all-time and it's quite clear unless you are a Kobe stan......which you are.

Feel free to list all the accomplishments both players had but anyone who saw those two play know who the better player of the two was.

i saw both play

shaq had a more dominant peak in 2000 and 2001

thats about it

shaq was never a closer and couldnt hit free throws. dude needed a clutch kobe to come in and lead his team down the stretch

is it any wonder his only other title came with a clutch superstar guard doing the same exact things for him?

shaqs a valuable player... but not BETTER than kobe

kobe can carry a team start to finish... shaq cant

kobe had the better skills and the better career

period

shaq did nothing as a leader without a superstar kobe bryant at his side

NOTHING

NOTHINGX2

NOTHINGX3

kobe won 2 titles as lead dog with top 90-100 all time player pau gasol ( the 5th-6th worst ranked 2nd option in championship history

kobe >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>shaq

by a... mile

THIS !!!

Shaq: "Rookie of the year" with All time great rookie season.
Kobe: Bench warming jakking off to MJ videos rookie legacy

Shaq: "3 x back-2-back-2-back" dominant FMVP wins
Kobe: riding Shaq's greatness collecting Rings

Shaq: 1 season MVP win unanimously
Kobe: 1 season MVP win consolation btw.

Shaq: Top 8 GOATs all time behind Hakeem & Russell.
Kobe: NOT Top 10 GOATs (Top 12 GOATs if rated correctly)

Shaq: Most dominant efficient "FEARED" performer of the modern day era.
Kobe: INefficient INconsistent performer of modern day era (LBJ has done considerably better efficiency wise)

Shaq >>>> Kobe

Adding everything up for that three year stretch that included three championships, Hall of Fame coach Phil Jackson controlling egos and steering the ship, plus a phenomenal supporting cast, the Lakers were 0-1 (.000) with both out, 13-12 (.520) with Shaq out, 28-6 (.823) with Kobe out or getting back into shape as a reserve, and 140-46 (.753) together.

Now lets factor in how much more important Shaq was than Kobe during their days together.

Shaq had as much dominant and all-star seasons as Kobe does. I always find it funny when people underrate Shaq's longevity when he had about 15 straight seasons of averaging 20/10.

Shaq was the much more dominant player in the peak, had a better prime, and has just as much longevity.

Like I said, you can make as many dumb claims as you want about Kobe but anyone who saw those two play know that Shaq was better.

i would say allot of people have kobe over shaq all time

its obvious considering kobes won more overall and did 1000000 times more without shaq than shaq did without kobe

if shaq never gets kobe... shaq never gets a finals mvp

if kobe never gets shaq.... kobe still gets it done

shaq without the most dominant 2nd option ever ( 25/5/5 average as a 2nd option.. 29ppg in 2001 ) never EVER gets a title

Are they all the same person? A few haven't showed up in a while and then a kobe thread appears and they're all resurrected

Shaq: 3 dominant successive FMVP wins in a row.

Kobe: 2 FMVPs

Shaq: MVP sweep. 2000 (season MVP + dominant FMVP win)

Kobe: ZERO MVP Sweep.

Kobe rode Shaq & was 2nd fiddle not the other way around.

Shaq clearly >>> Kobe.

I just don't understand how anyone who watched both play can have Kobe above Shaq. Like seriously... Did you guys watch prime Shaq? Dude was the best player hands down.

I'm not exactly sure how people have players like Magic above Shaq either... Shaq dominated for longer, was just as much of a winner, was more dominant, was a better player. What case is there for Magic above Shaq?
