Worst lab partner ever

HOLY ****ING RAGE I don't mind stupid or lazy people because it allows me to do it my way and do it right for my own grade, but my current lab partner is the stupid(literally low iq stupid), diligent type that is a perfectionist that needs to get reassurance from the TA every move he makes. He consistently fills a 30 min lab into the whole allotted lab period.
