Make 3 bold predictions for 2012
1. They must go against the consensus opinion
2. You must actually believe them
3. Be prepared to defend them
Can be about a team, player, coach, fantasy related, whatever

Darren McFadden plays all 16 games.
The Texans win the Super Bowl. (part homer)
Dez Bryant explodes for 1300+ yards and 10+ TDs and establishes himself as a top 5 wide receiver.
The 49ers go 8-8.

This isn't really bold considering everyone and their mother is predicting the same thing.

Thinking outside of the box doesn't mean saying stupid shit "jr". Philip Hunt is gonna lead a team that has a top 5 defensive end and one of the best one tricky ponies in the NFL in sacks? Please. It clearly says in the thread that be prepared to defend your statement. Now, enlighten me.

Re: Make 3 bold predictions for 2012
bold eh?
eric decker becomes a top 10 WR
seahawks make the playoffs behind wilson who causes a stir due to his 4th quarter comebacks
lesean mccoy wins the rushing title (ok, not too bold but i doubt it's the consensus)
reggie wayne has a resurgent year...1200+ yards again
ryan mathews...stays healthy and misses no more than one game
vick gets hurt but foles fills in nicely, creating yet another 'controversy'
SD fails to make the playoffs and norv turner finally gets fired
jared cook becomes a top 3 TE, only behind gronk and graham and he ends up with more receiving yards than one of them
titus young becomes the new victor cruz and breakout WR
bradford leads STL to the playoffs with a 3000+ yard/20+ TD season
bellichick coaches two games in a non-grey sweater
cowboys vs. ravens = SB. ravens win, ray lewis gives a KG-esque interview, praises flacco and announces his retirement on the spot
...half or more of these will probably be wrong but that's why they go in this thread

Trent Cole and Jason babin have been injury prone, it's clearly not impossible.

Two NFC West teams making the playoffs? That may be the boldest prediction yet.

Re: Make 3 bold predictions for 2012
1. Three NFC North teams finish with 10 or more wins (Packers, Lions, Bears)
2. Titus Young finishes as a top 15 fantasy receiver
3. Fred Davis finishes at a top 4 fantasy tight end
