my friend is a security guard and he does similar shifts. he says its not too bad. he uses the internet, naps, reads etc. decent pay too but i dont think i could do it
Basically, I got home, showered, eat and sleep. Then back to work the next morning.
I'm doing a similar shift again this weekend. I'll probably do 10-10-10 though. I'm actually not scheduled but we just lost our supervisor so the big boss told me to work whatever hours I can without going over 40 until they hire a new supervisor. He doesn't even care what days or shift I do as long as I leave him a note on what I did.

I know you'll be smiling when you see your paycheck. That's a lot of hours for one weekend.
I once worked 12 hour days for 2 weeks straight including weekends doing construction. We were super behind schedule and some guys worked even more than I did. The site was about an hour from my house so it was basically wake up, eat on the way to work, work my ass off in Texas summer heat for 12 hours, drive home, eat, shower, sleep, repeat for 14 days.
Was worth it when I got that $2500 pay check though.

I remember those days in the Air Force and then in Iraq. After a while you don't know up from down or what day it is. They all blur into just a sequence of waking up, eating, working, eating, working, eating, sleeping, do it all over again. I don't miss those days even with the pay check. No life outside of work.

I've done 3weeks of 78 hour weeks and every week I do 3 X 12 hour shifts
And my employer is a dodgey **** and has never paid me OT rates or any sort of penalty rates
Last week he told me if I work over 38hrs to take the money out of the till and to write up on the roster that I only worked 38hrs
