I like the new TV guys for the Hornets now that we have our own Fox station. David Wesley and some guy who was the Lakers pbp guy last year (any help with the name?).

Vasquez has looked great at PG so far. I don't think he's athletic enough to be our PG of the future though. Davis is a monster so far. Aminu also looks like he's feeding off the Olympic energy.

Anthony Davis playing well so far, 11pts, 4reb in 2nd quarter shooting 66% from the field.

Very good first half for Davis. I don't know why so many people thouht he might score in the 8-12 PPG range. Who else is going to score on that team. I think he'll averaged 12-15 PPG.

Anyway, he's got 13 points, 4 rebounds, 1 block so far. On the other end of the rookie spectrum, Austin Rivers has 0 points on 0/3 shooting and 1 assist in 13 minutes.

How about that Davis jump-shot? He should keep that up. I feel like he doesn't get the proper calls when he gets to the basket.

Vasquez is a beast and should start throughout the season. He is tall, 6'6 I think, and can score when he needs to.

Austin Rivers is looking like a f**king scrub and should definitely come off the bench.

Shout out to everyone watching the game on Fox. I've said it before and I'll say it again. I think we can make the playoffs.

I agree, Austin Rivers looks very lost in this game. Hopefully he improves throughout the season.

Ouch Davis is a -16, which is the worst on the team. Surprised for such a high impact, future HOF player. 4 rebounds and 1 block for a superstar beast like this is pretty bad. Now he's playing against a slow, unathletic frontcourt... wait until he faces Memphis, LA teams, Utah where guys are extremely athletic or overpowering in the paint. Dude is going to get merked.
