Using eye test, D-League players don't seem to play worst then NBA players.
In fact, feels like most of them are more athletic. They play very organzied team ball too. I believe they are better then say 95% of other leagues in the world.

That's because their playing against each other and not nba players..

Put Brook Lopez in a D-League game and he'll look like the most dominant center of all time.
