Hawks-Rockets Trade Idea
Since Josh has said one of the teams he wants to go to is Houston, and Houston has legit interest in Dwight and a big that can score here's the trade I propose
http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=aeyfbk4
Why it makes sense, Rockets need someone to play 2nd fiddle to Harden and also had interest in Dwight. They're able to get rid of the head case that is Royce White and the Hawks get an actual SF as well as P Patt and their future at PF in Greg Smith

The Rockets will be able to pay Harden, Lin, Asik, Josh and Dwight?

Royce White likely gets cut so we basically trade two PF for two PFs and a SF

Re: Hawks-Rockets Trade Idea
If I'm Houston I keep Asik so Dwight doesn't come in and clash with Harden. We've seen what that does to teams.

I'm amazed the Rockets don't start Greg Smith, kid is really talented. He's averaging 5/4 and .5 BPG on about 13 mins

So Houston trade the best player they get back? An atrocity for the Hawks. And you're a Hawks fan?
At least try to get you some Asik and hope that they plan on signing Dwight outright...not that it's happening quite like that.

we already have ivan johnson and horford... why do we need to add 2 more PFs?
We need centers and small forwards.

We have this guy named Omer Asik that's a lot better. He can't start at PF because we value spacing and he doesn't have a jump shot. He is not a good enough post player to consider having him as a starting PF.

I love this trade for Houston, the bench would become pretty thin but Houston has two rookies in Motiejunas and Jones who can fill some spots.
But I can't really see the point of this trade if I'm Atlanta.

When did Josh Smith say he wanted to play in Houston?
