Monster game from Chandler Parsons
Rockets forward Chandler Parsons looked fine Wednesday against the Kings, two days after sitting out a game due to food poisoning. Parsons scored 29 points on 12 of 18 shooting in 40 minutes of action, and he told reporters after the game that he felt fine. He added five rebounds and four assists in the game, while going 3 of 6 on three-point attempts. The Rockets won the game, 112-102.
Analysis: Parsons has thrived in the Rockets' wide-open offense, so the only thing that seems able to slow him down is illness or injury. He is averaging 17.6 points per game since the All-Star break, while shooting 50.4 percent from the field and 44.0 percent from three-point range. As long as Parsons is healthy and active, there is little reason for Fantasy owners to not have him active down the stretch.
