He is going to be a free agent and maybe the Cavs could go after him. He is an excellent defender, very athletic, and knows his limatations. He doesnt put up dumb shot but is still good for a 25-30 point outburst every once and a while. He could be the Cavs shut down defender.

For the millionth time, unless they make a trade, the Cavs have NO MONEY FOR FREE AGENTS.
They've got Z, Snow, Marshall, Gooden, Hughes, and Jones all locked into big contracts that don't expire for 2 or more years.
Re: Would Gerald Wallace be a good fit in Cleveland?
i'd see adding wallace as being not that different from larry hughes...he's better than hughes, a great defender, and a sort of athletic guy with a nice all around game, but no real talent for shooting or creating his own shot. plus he plays the same position as lebron.
Re: Would Gerald Wallace be a good fit in Cleveland?
To the Cavs, Wallace would be another Larry Hughes or a poor man's LBJ. He would get very limited bench minutes. Why go to Cleveland and be a bench warmer when he can star in Charlotte? It's not that he's a bad player, it's just that Cleveland isn't really a good fit for him because they already have players like him.
Re: Would Gerald Wallace be a good fit in Cleveland?
dont mind em he has nothing to talk about in the bobcats forum
