Default Seriously I would not be surprised if...

the Knicks end up with a better record than the Nets.

even with all the injuries, I felt adamant the Nets would still make the playoffs. but their body language says they have quit. all of them, except maybe Hassan Adams.

when everyone has quit, how the hell do you expect anything from the team?

I've noticed the Nets' body language as well. Vince looks like he could care less. Kidd is playing hard but I feel that his personal life is taking a bit of a toll on him, not skill wise, but his mentality towards the game. I know how it is to play with something on the back of your mind. It's hard to focus a bit. I like the way your center Moore has been producing. Nachbar has shown some potential as well.

I keep my hopes up for the Knicks because I feel that they have the potential to make a bit of a run for that last spot to make the playoffs. It's easier to say it than to do it. I'm hoping for a win tonite. The Nets still are a dangerous team. It'll just have to be played out.

Thanks VCDAPTW, I know its hard for Nets fans to entertain that possibility. There is a shot that the Knicks will end up better then the Nets, even with all the injuries, it just seems that they have more heart.

I agree 100%.

That 8th and final spot could be ours to keep, but what about the Orlando Magic? I think they are fighting for 8th too right?

Unless Lee comes back real soon and Q's back doesn't act up we have a chance.

I don't like what I'm seeing so far. It's always one step ahead and one step behind with this team.

when they get jefferson back they will be fine, i think the nets will win 40 or 41 i still think the knicks get 35.

RJ may not return this season. there are new rumblings that he may sit out hte rest of the season since his suture is not patching up as well as they thought. since his game relies on explosiveness, one wrong move and he may rupture the wound.

Magic took the advantage last nite. They are 8th. This is going to be a three dog fight.
