Pacers, out?
The way they've been playing, combined with the play of the Knicks and Nets, it's looking like the Pacers will fall out of the 7th spot, and maybe even miss the Playoffs all together. They've lost 9 in a row and their schedule won't get any easier. It's not looking good for them at the moment.

I would like to see them get rid of J/O, dunleavy and tinsley, and since they suck the could get a top 10 pick.

And now there's a 3 way tie between them, the Nets and the Knicks.

Re: Pacers, out?
If O Neal's knee issues continue to keep him off the court, then yes, they might fall out of the playoff race. 10 straight losses ..ouch!

Re: Pacers, out?
JO needs to leave Indy. I think he's a beast when healthy, and if he can consistently stay healthy can be a top 10 player due to his ability to dominate both ends of the floor and on the boards, but he's not been able to stay healthy in his career.
Maybe a change of scenery will give him some luck, but its time for them to get what they can for him. Or do what they can to bring in a guy like Pierce to help him out.

Re: Pacers, out?
Last night, Indiana got outscored by 14 in the fourth by a team led by a vastly inferior coach, and Kevin Garnett was running the point.
Absolutely no way they should have lost that game. Garnett got pissed and Foye had a good fourth quarter, but that shouldn't amount to outscoring them by 14, O'Neal or no O'Neal.

I think that noise you just heard was the sound of the last bit of hope deflating from the Indy balloon...

They miss Reggie Miller's leadership badly.
