Those are usually filled with Trojan's and worms, and almost what always seems to be a different version of the program than what you have.

Your best bet is to download whatever program from a Bit Torrent or NewsGroup that has the crack or keygen already included, and double check the forums of the torrent site to make sure the file is legit.
