Kobe's Sleep Patterns

After reading Cool's thread about Kobe being exhausted I thought I would post this video on Kobe answering questions. He says he takes 15 minute power naps throughout the day and that he is good to go after them. He also says that he just goes and goes and goes for weeks on end and then has 6 hours of sleep to get refreshed. That little amount of sleep is a major negative, especially for a top level athlete like Kobe. So perhaps Kobe looks exhausted because of the amount of sleep he is getting and his inconsistent sleep patterns.

LMAO, that's how Kramer slept in that one episode of Seinfeld and he ended up missing something very important becasue he overslept lol.
That's no way to go. I find that hard to believe, personally.

Actually, Tiger Woods does not sleep much either... so its probably no big deal. We are all different in our sleep needs and patterns.
