Default Wow both Boston and Memphis fell out of the top 3

How do you see this impacting the trade market.

Is Gasol more likely to be traded without Durant or Oden joining the team?

With Seattle landing the 2d pick and most likely getting Durant does that mean Lewis gone?

Thoughts?

memphis falling out of the top 3 should help west's decision to leave earlier.

Hopefully he comes back as GM.

He can't be a GM forever. He has a life just like us.

The First 3 Pick Selection are:

Portland ==> K.Durant
Seatle ===> G.Oden
Atlanta ===> Ji Jianlian or Mike Conley Jr.

I think you are right on both counts.
Gasol is more likely to request a trade and mgmt will be more likely to explore such.
It means that Seattle will not drop big bucks on Rashard. Certainly not max money....maybe do an s&t.

really, the 3rd pick is the most interesting.

oden is two years away from being a productive big man, he has good defensive skills but his offense is suspect... don't buy that hype... he was not a dominate scorer against better college teams he won't be one for a bit in the NBA...
durant who knows how his game will adjust to the nba, he's tall enough but he's pretty thin still and will have trouble against the bigger swingmen/ small forwards in the league until he gets some beef on him..

I wanted the top 2 picks to go to the East...and Durant (I'm big on him) going to Portland or Seattle sucks.

Its amazing how crazy these movements in trade order can impact a single team, such as the Lakers. Its going to make for an interesting off season... perhaps some opportunities have opened up?

that and more pressure for the lakers to make real positive moves... seattle getting the 2nd pick may make resigning lewis a bit less of a priority to seattle now...
