I see the Cavs coming back after adding some more fire-power such as Bibby or someone of that level.
From the West, I'll say the Suns make it. They might not be a great playoff team but I bet Stern wants the league's most exciting team getting to the finals.

WTF does it matter what Stern wants?
if Stern had any control over the outcome of games, it would have occurred this year in the Suns vs Spurs series.

Spurs will be back and Duncan will collect his 5th ring, unless Kobe gets traded to the Knicks.

As long as it isn't Spurs/Cavs. The series was too predictable, and boring as hell, though games 3 and 4 were a little better. The way the East is going, don't be surprised if the Cavs pull a New Jersey Nets.

Never tell a Kings fan that Stern/Refs have no control over the outcome of playoff series. We are still recovering from that epic WCF with the Lakers that the Refs had to ruin.

Ok, just kidding. Bust, seriously it's impossible to speculate right now. Off-season trades, free agency, IN-season trades, injuries, slumps, surges, etc. The only thing you can be entirely sure of is that two teams currently in the NBA will make it to the finals.
