Default A few Celtics team notes

Kyrie Irving is currently averaging 23.1 points, 4.9 rebounds and 6.6 assists on the season and is one of just five players across the NBA this season to record at least 23 points, four rebounds and six assists per game, joining James Harden, Kevin Durant, LeBron James, Giannis Antetokounmpo and Kemba Walker

Gordon Hayward recorded a season-high 35 points coming off the bench against Minnesota on Jan. 2. He is the fourth player in franchise history to record that many points off the bench joining Larry Bird (twice), Todd Day and Ricky Davis.

With the Celtics 115-102 victory over the Timberwolves on Jan. 2 Celtics head coach Brad Stevens recorded his 243rd career victory which moved him past Bill Fitch and in to sole possession of fifth place in franchise history amongst coaching wins.
